Accessibility of www.aonstudentinsurance.com
www.aonstudentinsurance.com must be accessible for everyone. Via Computer,
tablet of mobile phone. Even if you have a disability such as bad vision. We
do this by making our websites accessible according to the demands of digital

From 28 June 2025, Aon as an Insurance Broker must comply with rules on
accessibility. These rules only apply for consumers. These are customers who
take out our services and products for their own use and not for their
profession or business.
On this page you can read what this means for you. Though the main products
and services comply with the accessibility requirements, we are still working
to improve the items listed below.
Accessibility audit
An accessibility audit shows if a website complies with the international accepted accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.2). We regularly do an audit to check if we comply.
Known problems with aonstudentinsurance.com
www.aonstudentinsurance.com does not comply to the fullest according to the
guidelines. Our latest audit showed that the following items need further
adjustment:
- Videos do not have subtitles
- My claim form is not accessible via keyboard only
- Termination of Policy is not accessible via keyboard only
- Some pdf files are not accessible via a screen reader
- The main navigation of the website is not accessible via keyboard only
Measures
Aon is taking the following measures to resolve the deviations. We will discuss the findings from our audit with our web team and take action on how and when we can solve these accessibility issues in the shortest possible time.
