The end date of your insurance cannot differ from the end date of your work contract.
To continue, please make sure that the end date of insurance matches the end date of your employment contract. The current application can only be for the period you will be employed. In case your employment contract will be extended, you can also extend your insurance at that time. In case your current employment contract ends at the end date, we advise to submit a new application for the period after your employment, before your employment ends.
